We do not accept returns. 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Refunds

 All sales are final. Please review the detailed guidelines below regarding our exceptions for refunds and order cancellations.

1. Order Non-Fulfillment

In the rare event that we are unable to fulfill your order—whether due to inventory shortages, logistics issues, or unforeseen circumstances—you will be notified immediately.

 A full refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method.

 No action is required on your part.

2. Merchant Errors (Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items)

We want to make things right if we made a mistake. Please inspect your order upon receipt. You are eligible for a refund or a replacement only if:

 The item arrived damaged or defective.

 You received the wrong item, size, or variant due to our fulfillment error.

3. Change of Mind & Sizing

Because we operate on a strict final-sale model, we cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for:

 Change of mind or buyer's remorse.

 Incorrect size or color selection by the customer (please refer carefully to our sizing charts before purchasing).

Incorrect address input from customer. (Store credit is available for certain errors of such IF contacts store owner.)

 

Refund Processing Time

If a refund is approved due to non-fulfillment or a merchant error, it will be processed immediately. Please note that it can take 5-10 business days for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
